This has been my first experience of professional coaching and I have found it incredibly beneficial in enabling me to explore specific aspects of my personal development in a safe and impartial environment. My coach dynamically adjusted the format and approach of sessions in response to key themes and developments throughout our 12-month programme. The opportunity for professional coaching helped to widen my perspective, enhanced my confidence and enabled me to crystalise key developmental areas to support my future career aspirations. This in turn enables me to add greater value to the organisation now and in the future.
